Last year, the MD Curbscape team took a trip to Severna Park to complete another concrete project. The homeowner was so impressed with our work, that his brother contacted us about a year later to install quality concrete for his new home, as well.
Earlier this month, the MD Curbscape team took a trip back to Severna Park to complete another quality concrete project. This time, our concrete installation was for a new home owned by a young family for about two years. There was quite a lot of room in the backyard—plenty of space for adding in some outdoor furniture, a grill station, and maybe even a pool. The only thing they needed to get their new backyard ready for the summer, was the right surface to set it all up.
For this project, the homeowner chose a custom-stamped and colored concrete design for the patio, stairs, and a walkway that wraps around the house, and leads to the driveway. This design was installed using a gorgeous Slate Tile with a custom-designed, natural brown color palette.
What are Brick Pavers?
Brick pavers are our way of bringing color, texture, and detail to the patio. As an economical alternative to paved concrete, brick pavers keep things simple for the homeowner.
What makes brick pavers different from paved concrete is that brick pavers have been poured and stamped with a pattern while it’s still damp. The brick pavers method allows the damp concrete to be stamped and colored with custom patterns and can imitate paved concrete, stone, and even wood.
The MD Curbscape team took care of this concrete project in an efficient and timely fashion–only taking two days of construction before the homeowners were able to admire their brand-new, custom-designed concrete patio space.
