The patio was original to the house, which was built in the 1960s/1970s. The concrete patio had a good stable foundation so Maryland Curbscape was able to use it as a base, meaning that the concrete did not have to be complete demoed or jack hammered. We were able to do a concrete resurfacing instead of a complete replacement.

Maryland Curbscape was able to install a 2″ concrete overlay with stamped and colored concrete. Utilizing this method, we were able to keep the existing brick and bring the entire patio up-to-date with a fresh look.
