Eastern Shore Community Pavilion
Before and After New Subdivision Community Area
Maryland Curbscape was hired to build a community pavilion in the Eastern Shore’s waterfront subdivision, Gibson’s Grant. The pavilion was intended to be a hang out area for the new construction community. To go with the overall look and style of the community, they requested exposed aggregate.
Before
After
Exposed concrete aggregate is typically used in heavy traffic areas because they are resistant to wear and little maintenance is necessary. Even though it is typically thought of as a filler in concrete mix but can also be a decorative style, even more so when mixed with traditional concrete.
